  My front tooth broke while I was at work and I was in a complete panic- thank goodness for Dr. Spence. She got me in immediately and it was comfortable, quick, easy and looked beautiful. I am an anxious patient and she absolutely put me at ease did fantastic work. Big thanks to Dr. Spence and her wonderful team! 10/10 Highly recommend

  I went to see Dr. Spence at Bloomsburg Family Dentistry to say goodbye to an old friend known as tooth 5. 5 and I have been through a lot (Beef, Fowl, and Foods of all varieties), a true BFF. Dr. Spence and her staff made that sad and potentially painful situation one that impressed me. Starting with Carol and Maddy at reception who greeted me with smiles and a good word. Chia who came to take me back, intelligently answering my many questions and then assisting Dr. Spence. When Dr. Spence came and I asked her opinion regarding the procedure, she stopped and told me what she would do if “it were her mouth” (her words). During my time there, she was so encouraging and complementary to her staff, telling one that she trusted her, and later listing to me the accomplishments of the newer but capable assistant. As for the actual procedure, Dr. Spence did not skimp on the anesthesia so there would be no pain. The tooth came out quickly and she spent time preparing the area for the bone graft and wound closure. I’ve had no subsequent bleeding, swelling, or pain. I highly recommend this practice for your dental care.

  Dr. Spence is FANTASTIC! I can’t say enough about my experience there. The staff was friendly. The facility is spotless. She fixed my broken tooth without a drop of pain. I have found my new dentist! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great local resource.

  Dr. Spence is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Happy with the new transition here. The rest of the staff is also fantastic!

  Dr. Laura Spence is a dentist of rare talent, warmth, and excellence. She is someone I would follow to the ends of the earth for my own care and would trust her with the care of my loved ones — I feel totally safe and comfortable with her and her incredible team!
