My two primary caregivers (Carol and Cindy) for my husband are excellent and have really encouraged my husband to push himself to make improvements in his strength and walking. The office staff (Jenny and TJ) are super friendly, helpful and easy to work with. My questions are always responded to in a short period of time. - PPPamDec 19, 20255.0It is hard to find someone to help with any loved one you have been taking care of. I have been taking care of my parents for 8 years and my mom since Feb. 2024. She was diagnosed with two forms of dementia and I needed help! Home Instead kept coming up and separate phone calls were made by meld and my husband so it seemed faith was guiding and I even dropped by the office and Jenny made time to talk with me. We have been blessed with loving and caring ladies Cindy and Nancy. I have seen first hand Jenny in action with coming over the first time we meet each home aid and even when we had Cheryl for one night when my husband had an event to attend in December. Jenny was with her and even stay to visit with my mom. I am honestly share this has been a great experience and I can’t say enough about Jenny, Nancy and Cindy! My mom loves them and stands at the window to wave bye and even says I love you. If you need help please contact them. It has been a stress relief for me and a break for my mom from me!!
