Terrible experience. I would not recommend bringing your kids here. The office was dirty, and it felt like they were more interested in billing our insurance than providing proper care. The dentist even said out loud that she thought my daughter had “too many teeth on the bottom,” which was clearly incorrect and didn’t inspire any confidence.
My daughter needed a few fillings, and I was initially told I wouldn’t be allowed in the room. I insisted on being present, and the hygienist responded that I could stay but wasn’t allowed to say anything. That response was surprising and uncomfortable.
Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and disappointing.

Came in for a routine checkup for my 6 year old son. Was escorted to the back of the office and then told because of his age he’s now in “open bay” chairs and parents wait in the waiting room. Was told if there was any issue they’d come get me. Was told he needed x-rays. Appointment took in total about 20 minutes. Dental hygienist comes out and says he needs his molars sealed and whips out a waiver asking me to sign off on the procedure. Doesn’t give any feedback on how his service went aside from “all went well”. Had a hot second to ask the plaque build up on his bottom teeth before she walked away. Was provided no feedback on the x-rays or nor had any opportunity to speak with the dentist about his adult teeth coming in slightly crooked. Left the appointment feeling like an awful parent because I left my son alone behind closed doors without any ability to advocate for himself. Very disappointed with this visit as his previous visits I was present during his procedures and was able to ask questions to the dentist. Will be looking for a new dental provider after his appointment to have his molars sealed. Also issues with rescheduling appointments. This one was booked over 6 months ago and two days before the appointment am told their latest appointment time is 3:30 and I’d have to reschedule. Not the first time there was appointment scheduling mishaps from their end.
We had a great experience at this dental office. The dentist did an excellent job removing my son’s teeth. He was very patient, gentle, and made my child feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
Also, the receptionist who speaks Spanish is very kind and helpful. She made everything easier for us and explained everything clearly. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommended!
I didn't give only one star because the office workers, hygienist, assistant and dentist were all great with my daughter and myself, friendly and professional.
Here is where the problems begin. We received a breakdown of our bill in the mail stating we were charged for a fluoride varnish. On the paperwork I checked that I did not want my not even two year old to receive any type of fluoride. I called about this and didn't receive an answer until my FOURTH phone call a WEEK and a day later. The manager couldn't even be bothered to speak with me herself even though that's who I was told would be calling me back. Awful communication and she (the manager) has the office staff do her dirty work for her. The girl I spoke to was very sweet, though and informed me the charge would be removed. I'm sure management will leave the same generic response to my review as they do all the other negative ones. Don't even bother, please.
Also, maybe a few toys and books in the waiting room wouldn't hurt while waiting to go into your appointment. They did have coloring sheets and crayons at the front but that was it. My daughter also got a toy at the end which was nice.
