They installed a not up to code ramp for my son, never took the time to see his wheelchair actually go up it and he has now fallen 3x with injuries and I’m getting an advocate and lawyer involved. I’m so done dealing with companies doing the bare minimum, unsafely at that, and getting away with it. They cracked our steps and never fixed them, only took one half of our railings off so it’s uneven on the sides. Poor lack of communication. If your insurance tries to force you to get this company I’m telling you to beg and plead for anyone else. Dave there is a complete joke. I will make it my mission to make this company fix their mistakes. Especially considering it’s been at the extent of my son’s body. It’s insane.
