  Didn’t care for the dentist at all (Shayna?). Very short, not friendly, told my 6 year old who already doesn’t like the dentist to put his hand down when he reached up because he was uncomfortable with her in his mouth. Didn’t even say goodbye when we left the room, I actually told the hygienist we won’t be seeing her again if we have to come back and she informed us she is the only Dentist. Don’t work in pediatric dentistry if you can’t be happy and welcoming.

  Overall, our experience was good. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, but we were taken back around 8:20 AM. The medical assistant and hygienist were wonderful—especially the hygienist. She was incredibly patient, kind, and took her time with our daughter. As this was her first visit, she made a great effort to go at her pace and ensure she felt comfortable, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience with the dentist was not the same. The interaction felt cold and rushed. The exam was done abruptly, which caused our daughter to cry. While I understand that this is new for a child and can be uncomfortable, there were no apparent techniques used to help ease her or make the experience more gentle. Since the dentist was the last person we interacted with, it did leave a less positive final impression on an otherwise good visit.

  They make everything easy, and they take great care to make the kids happy and comfortable! In other words, couldn't be happier.

  I took my son here for his first dental experience. I thought the hygienist was amazing and thorough. When the dentist came in my child’s behavior changed and we went from playing with the hygienist to me holding my son strapping him down for the dentist. I think I can find somewhere else where my son can form a love for dentists like I have for my family dentist. So I will not be back unless I absolutely have to for insurance or some reason.

  Worst experience ever at this location. I used to enjoy coming here but they have a new dentist there now and she is horrible. She has no idea how to work with children nor how to speak to the parents. She walked out of the room without even finishing my sons visit bc she couldn't handle the push back i gave her regarding my sons tooth. The rest of the staff are amazing! They really need to find a new, more compassionate and knowledgeable dentist if they want this location to stay in buisness.
