Every employee who assisted me from the front desk (Gab), Tech (Mary), Lab Manager (Matt), Optician (Jaylynn) to Dr. Gary were all so thorough, helpful, patient and kind!! The facility was extremely clean with state-of-the-art equipment. I highly recommend!
- CBChris BelverioMar 20, 20261.0Not happy with the wait or attitude from the receptionist who took walk ins ahead of me when I had a scheduled appt. 1 hour is excessive to wait, with an appt, while the staff discusses (at length) their ever important Starbucks orders. I reached out to the twice manager who never responded. I guess customer service isn’t a priority. Do better people!
