    They do not follow Medicaid guidelines for children and still find a way to charge a copay and a bunch of other services that are supposed to be covered by insurance. Do not pay cash because they won't give you a receipt. Lack of communication between employees is an issue. Took me 3 appointments to get a prescription, but they made me pay in advance. ?? I gave them a try a few years ago and didn't like them. Gave them another chance, and they're actually worse now.

    Definitely a money grab. Will not be returning. I have insurance that covers a full exam. I called them. Yet you still managed to charge me $50 for things you made up to get extra money. The doctor was nice but seemed like he didn't care and just wanted to get rid of me. I felt life he just wanted the insurance money and didn't care. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money. Will not be returning.
