  Today was the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. The woman dug at my arm, which was painful to say the least. Then she tried a different area and I'm pretty sure she punctured my vein as it almost immediately swelled up to a ridiculous size. I can only imagine what my poor arm is going to look like tomorrow. This was also the first time I didn't request an experienced phlebotomist. Note to self!

  Worst place to get a blood test. Nurses don’t want to work there, they collect patients in the waiting room and don’t take any one for a long time, they just sit in their rooms without patients. Last time I was waiting about an hour to be seen, however, there was only one person in front of me when I came, eventually I left without procedure.
