  Michele was a WONDERFUL phlebotomist and she was kind and personable. I really love this location and, for this visit, Michele was the reason why.

  Honestly disrespectful staff. You check in on an ipad, without anyone visible at the check-in window. The waiting room is practically empty. You can hear the staff gossiping loudly in the back, but no one comes to see the patients waiting for at least 15minutes. Knocking at the door doesn't help either.

  Setting up an appointment is easy online, check in via the text sent to my phone, and very little wait time. The folks who work there are always fabulous at their job, they quickly and effortlessly find the vein. Highly recommend!
