When I asked if they had an ophthalmologist, the person I spoke with had a very stern tone and responded in a snarky manner by stating they have three doctors. She didn't ask about my symptoms or the nature of my issue. While I understand that staff can have a busy or difficult day, her overall lack of interest and professionalism was off-putting, and I ultimately chose to go to a different provider. If the practice is interested in reviewing my experience, my call was made on 8/20/25 at approximately 9:17am. I'm sure your calls are recorded and a review of the interaction could be a valuable training tool.
