  I was referred to Dr. N. Wingate by my primary Doc for a bilateral earlobe repair. During my first appointment, Dr. Wingate listened carefully to my questions and answered them at an appropriate level of detail. He described the procedure and followed it exactly during the second appointment. The procedure was virtually painless. Two weeks later, Dr. Wingate removed the stitches and described next steps. Throughout all of my interactions with him and his assistant, I found them to be friendly, engaging, down to earth, and professional. I would recommend anyone to this practice for a similar procedure. After having this experience, I have opted to return to the practice for the removal of a small hemangioma on my forehead.

  I got my first hydrafacial with Emily and my experience could not have been better!! She is so sweet and gentle, gave amazing recommendations, and my skin has never felt so smooth or hydrated. Will definitely be coming back!!

  I’ve been seeing Dr. Nick Wingate for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else. He has an incredible eye for detail and always prioritizes natural, beautiful results. He’s meticulous, takes his time, and makes sure everything is done thoughtfully and carefully. What also sets his practice apart is the experience — his staff is phenomenal. They’re kind, responsive, and make you feel completely taken care of every step of the way. Every visit feels very personal and you’re truly treated like a VIP.

  I interviewed 3 surgeons before deciding on Dr. Nick for my surgery. He was the most thorough by far, spending almost 2 hours at my first meeting to answer all my questions, explain the procedure and never once made me feel rushed or like I was listening to a sales pitch. From start to finish (any beyond!), I felt heard, taken care of and supported. He's built a great team in his office which compliments his excellent bedside manner. I couldn't recommend Wingate Plastic Surgery more!
