He is one of the most accommodating Dr.'s I've dealt with being that he has the option to communicate with him via email if calls are difficult, and he is the ONLY doctor I've seen all year who wore a clear mask for me to be able to lip read. I didn't originally plan on getting Miracle Ear hearing aids as I have other preferred brands, but it was worth it knowing the kind of customer care I'm receiving, and that he cares just as much about the hearing quality.
