  I did not know that it's best to have an appointment until I got there. So it is best to make appointments so that you're not sitting there for a while. I have to leave and come back. Nice place nice people.

  Ryan drew my blood. She did an awesome job making me feel relaxed and comfortable. She is very professional and knowledgeable in her job. Your Staff is exceptional and very trustworthy and confident. Thank you. Larry

  Scheduled an appointment and the system never confirmed it. I was extremely frustrated but should have handled it better. The lady just egged me on then made a threat instead of just letting me go. Hope I can have her job because that was uncalled for

  The one phlebotomist there was condescending because I didn’t have the paperwork with me. I believed my doctor had faxed it which was fine. Both of the ladies there could do with a lesson in beside manner. I will not be back there and I will not recommend this location.
