  Today was my 82 yr. old feisty mom's first time visiting this office and everyone was so patient, loving and understanding towards her and tried putting her at ease. She gets very anxious in doctor's offices so I'm very grateful for their support. Thanks guys.

  I had my first visit to Bangor Eye Specialists for difficulty reading and seeing close-up work, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met by a warm, welcoming front desk staff who clearly enjoy what they do. The atmosphere was positive, efficient, and genuinely caring. Dr. Cassandra Thomas, OD, was outstanding. She truly listened to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions to fully understand what I was experiencing, and provided a thorough, comprehensive exam. Her explanations were clear, her advice was practical and reassuring, and I left feeling confident in the plan moving forward. Chrissy, the optician, was equally impressive. She took great care with my measurements for my new prescription, was extremely knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism stood out. It’s clear that everyone in this office is both competent and compassionate. I’m grateful to have found such a caring team and highly recommend Bangor Eye Specialists to anyone needing excellent eye care.

  Dr. Cassandra Thomas and the staff at Bangor Eye Specialist are kind and professional. I felt very comfortable at my first visit. The optician was very helpful in choosing a new pair of glasses. I highly recommend Bangor Eye Specialists!

  Amazing staff. Very accommodating to my small child I had with me. Was a little late getting in, but for me that wasn’t an issue. Will absolutely be using them in the future.

  I really like the eye doctor and the entire staff. They took the time to explain in detail all concerns and issues.
