Bala oral health made me extremely comfortable and I didn’t feel a thing ‼️ I would highly recommend this office!
- ARAnant RaoNov 6, 20181.0My Wife and I were patients for nearly 3 years. We attended all scheduled appointments per the office. However, it really irritated us when the office made a mistake on our appointment date 11/5/18 instead of 11/12/18 (they gave me a business card with that date). We had received automated phone calls and e-mails regarding appointment reminders and we did object to that date and also tried to call the office back. Since it was over the weekend, we left a message. On 11/5/18, the office called us back and asked for $80 fee for not making the scheduled appointment as they had a dental hygienist waiting for two hours and no work. REALLY !!!!! We corrected them stating that the appointment was on 11/12/18 not 11/5/18. They did not accept it and told me to pay the fee. When I objected to paying and asked for them to consider the history of time I was a patient with them, they rescheduled us to 11/26/18. Surprisingly, when I called back on 11/6/18 to confirm the 11/26/18 date, the office informed me that the dentist has dismissed us. Why would a dental office dismiss their patients due to scheduling conflicts? This is really unprofessional and very demeaning to the patients. This is not we expected...I guess now they showed their real colors. In addition, they also fish for ways to make money from their patients. I am going to formally report them to the BBB and other agencies.
