The only problem is the price of the hearing aids that they recommend. Check your insurance coverage before going. I was told my insurance didn’t cover the hearing aids, however, when I called MY insurance company myself, they were covered!!!! Be prepared to spend $3,000 - $5,000. I found over the counter hearing aids at Costco for HALF the cost (manufactured by the SAME company as the hearing aids they are promoting)

They make themselves available to help anytime an issue comes up or answer any questions I may have, and the entire staff is extremely pleasant and easy to work with.
