  Everyone was professional and pleasant from start to finish. I was seen by PA Gabby. She was fantastic!! She asked important questions to get to the root of my issue and listened carefully to my answers and concerns. 5 Star service without question! I am very happy that I decided to trust them with my injury !

  Called in ahead of time to see if they could help me with medical necessity. Was met with attitude and indifference at the front desk initially twice. The second time I had to go up to the desk and seen how this lady was talking to me as if I were incompetent scum instead of getting in a verbal dispute with a high possibility of having the police called on me I just decided to leave. Waiting room was crowded and miserable but they seemed to be having a ball in the back. Glad to see they have team work mastered now maybe some further training on empathy and customer service might be overdue. Who wants to already be sick and greeted with attitude nastier than the infection they’re waiting to be seen about.
