  The epitome of everything that’s wrong with our health care system! Understaffed and underfunded, you can’t call a human being at the site, and when you walk in, there’s a tiny room with a locked door and a tablet installed in the window where a receptionist used to be. You literally can’t get any information until one of the harried workers opens the locked door for another customer where you then can beg for the info you need answered. The response comes from their way too busy workers that you just need to wait and stew in their claustrophobic waiting room. How the hell do we spend so much on medical care and get such shitty service? Some rich guy is making tons of our money at our detriment!

  This location closed without giving me notice or sending an alert. The other locations listed here were ALSO closed. Ridiculous.

  i didn't grow up in pittsburgh so i've never had to deal with a private equity owned corporate monopoly lab like this and it's horrible. their hours are terrible. the phlebotomist here is incredibly rude and weird and makes you feel guilty for getting labs drawn. i've cried multiple times because of this quest location. i avoid getting labs done because it's always drama with quest. it isn't this hard to get your labs drawn anywhere but pittsburgh. quest is a joke and makes pittsburgh a frustrating place to live and manage your health. quest is a nightmare and they could do better but they simply don't.

  Patricia, thank you so much for going above and beyond today! My test was time sensitive, and it could’ve potentially had a negative result had Patricia not made the time to get me in on a Friday! I would definitely recommend this facility as a great location, , accessible parking and exceptional phlebotomist!!!! Thank you Quest
