  Dr Haiso was wonderful to my husband!!! My husband would give her 10 stars if he could. She pulled a tooth that was so difficult and she stayed with it till it was out. He is so relieved. Now he can enjoy Thanksgiving dinner! Thank you so much for your caring and persistent effort!

  I was very impressed with everyone & everything I experienced today! Dr. Hart was the best dentist, his whole entire staff was so exceptional! My experience couldn’t have been any better!

  I had a wonderful experience at Ariel Dental. Grace, my hygienist, provided excellent care in a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Scheduling was quick and convenient, and the entire team made the visit stress-free. Grace was professional, thorough, and easy to talk to—she turned what is usually a dreaded appointment into a pleasant one. Highly recommend Ariel Dental for anyone seeking quality care and comfort.

  Regarding Ariel Dental; I love my dentist Dr.B and his assistant Gina. They are gentle and their work is exceptional. From the front desk gals to my personal team, everyone is friendly and kind. The place has great energy and that’s not easy for a dental office.

  I had an appointment for the Monday following the fourth of July which was on a Friday. I was already questioning why my wife's bridge was quoted $800.00 above other providers with the same Cigna discount plan. ( That they recommended) We ended up at another dentist $800 less out of pocket than Ariel. I had already been questioning their pricing. My wife was given a treatment plan for a CLEANING of over a thousand dollars! Insane. And this is with the discount plan they recommended! Cigna; Fast forward: my cay ate a two foot long elastic string over the weekend. The appt reminder i received from Ariel via text came on Friday, the 4th of July with no way to directly contact the office to reschedule in advance. My cat ate the elastic string on Saturday the 5th. I called first thing in Monday, July 7, to inform them that i needed to stay home and monitor my cat for signs of distress like a twisted bowel. I was told that because I've rescheduled in the past ( always with advance notice) , that I would be charged $43.00 for a missed appt. Pretty shabby since there was no was to communicate over the weekend. Life happens, right? But to punish a steady patient who clearly has a medical emergency with one of his pets was a step over a line that i didn't appreciate. I had a bridge done there recently and the temporary kept breaking crumbling to bits and causing ME to lose time out of MY day. Who is reimbursing me for lost time? Not Ariel Dental, for sure. So, seeing that I had already checked their pricing against another before this latest incident, a well known dental outfit nearby for my wife's bridge and finding that we were being overcharged by $800.00 by Ariel Dental I've decided to discharge myself and family from Ariel Dental and to use another dentist office in Scranton who, not only got her taken care of promptly, but saved us $800.00 while doing a fine job, no breakage of the temporaries requiring multiple visits or discomfort, and a proper fitting of the final product, well matched and comfortable. The final push was Ariel telling me they are charging me $43.00 for too late of notice that we couldn't make it. Despite the fact that there was no way to reschedule/contact over the holiday weekend. Maybe I'm old fashioned. When you have a client/patient/ customer who can't possibly foresee an emergency and has no means to notify you directly, you should cut them a little slack. I refuse to pay the $43.00 since there was no means to contact in advance. Being overcharged sucks. So now they lost there patients!
