    I would recommend Kristi as a personal trainer because she is dedicated, motivated and very professional. She takes the time to answer any questions that you may have. If I am in position where I'm looking for a trainer, she would be a good to go to.

    Been working with the staff at The Perfect Workout for some time now. The low speed approach to strength training has helped me increase muscle mass at a point in life when most folks are seeing that decline (age 60+). The techniques work. The staff is very professional and works with you to get a lot out of each workout. And it’s in a handy location, too!

    Both Kristy and Manny have been wonderful. I rank them both with 5 stars. I have been attending “The Perfect Workout” for around 2 yrs.. I highly recommend this program since it has helped both in toning and maintaining my balance. My stamina has increased when walking distances much to my surprise. Yay!!
