There are also multiple class formats for a varied body workout and each instructor teaches the class differently to keep it challenging.

Dragged my aching body back for more and committed to sticking it out for a month. By the end of that month, I was hooked. My entire body is stronger, more flexible, and more balanced. Everyone in the room gets an outstanding workout regardless of ability or fitness level. It's also wonderful because you see people of all ages in the classes exercising together and building community. The teachers are challenging, reinforcing, and kind. If you have injuries they offer modifications. They also offer modifications to add challenge if needed. I'm almost 56 and I climbed a challenging 4B Via Feratta (see pics below) last summer. NO WAY could I have even entertained the idea of doing that without Pure Barre. My kids were impressed, and I loved showing them how you can live as you age. Just had a DEXA scan with no issues, and I'm 100% confident it's because of Pure Barre. The list goes on and on. Pure Barre is one of the best exercise formats you can do to take care of yourself. Treat yourself to this. You won't look back!
