- BGBruce GutterNov 8, 20231.0Do not use comfort keepers. The workers are lazy.They need to be told exactly what to do or they do nothing. They do not maintain any proper health hygiene No shoe covers, gloves or masks. They dont wash after toileting the client.They fed my mom and put dirty dishes in the clean dish rack. They left her meal trash and their own meal trash on the table. At the shift change they left my mother unattended. Once they were scheduled and did not show but still charged me. On five occasions the Supervisor said she would call us and never did.This is a terrible business.They should not be allowed to practice. I would give no stars if it were an option
