  Arrived for my 8:40 appointment this morning at 8:35 and was seen at 8:55. The waiting area was well maintained, the staff was friendly and did an exceptional job with my blood draw. There was only one woman working that I saw, so if you come in without an appointment you may have a decent wait, but otherwise it was a very pleasant experience.

  The young lady who drew my blood at your Ambridge location on 04/02/2026 at 8:40 am is exceptional. She was polite, friendly, professional, helpful, and an all around pleasant person. In addition, her technical skills are top notch. She performed one of the best draws that I have experienced in my almost 75 years.

  Nikki was amazing! An appointment i always dread, blood draw, turned out to be pleasent and painless! Sweet, personable, explained everything to me, and kept my mind at ease. 10/10 would recommend going to see her if you need a poke!

  Nikki is always great! Customer service is awesome and she does the best/least painful blood draws :)
