Simply The Good Feet system of arch support teaches your body how to reign and walk correctly which alleviates all stress and pain on joints. Toban was wonderful taking the time to explain the entire system to me, will fit into any shoes & comes with a lifetime warranty. The entire of the staff was wonderful as well, so glad I went would highly recommend anyone with issues to at least try it.
