  Nobody answers the phone when you want to ask questions. There staff is very lazy and sometimes they let ppl still donate even if they failed the vitals test

  Usually really great with friendly staff, but Im honestly really tired of catty girls spending more time shit talking the other employees rather than paying attention and doing their job well. Its been such an issue that I dread who Im going to get when I go in and avoid going at this point because of it.

  Everyone was so nice, the dude with the needle has a soft touch (barely felt it) and they are highly concerned with safety. I would give them 6 stars if I could

  It’s exceptionally clean and the overwhelming majority of employees are very friendly and well trained in their jobs. I haven’t ever had any issues. I do feel their scaling back on the compensation, both weekly and the bonuses at the end of the month is very disappointing. They state it is because they’re doing different tiers or levels or programs. I am in a program that is promising that I will be eligible for POSSIBLY quite a bit more money, but I’ve been on that list for months and haven’t been called in. It seems a bit petty and disheartening to take away $10 a week because I’m on a waiting list week after week after week.
