I went there on 12/6/25 to pick up meds for my parents & first off it was a long wait bc they had only 1 register open but lots of people behind the counter. Others complained also that BOTH registers should be used. The lady who waited on me called up another customer while I was waiting to see about the prescription that was sent that they said they never received. So I asked for a manager & he yelled at me instantly without even knowing anything & said about HIPPA Laws but I’m the 1 who wasn’t done! So the cashier shouldn’t have called someone up! I was respectful with the cashier so his energy was uncalled for & very rude! I looked at his name tag & he pointed at it and said “yea I’m the manager”. Wow. What kind of a manger raises his voice, downtalk customers & embarrasses them???? I’m not done with this either bc I did not deserve that manager Michael McConnell!

I had to move from Rite Aid as I am sure many others have done recently. Yes the lines and wait times were wrong, but I overheard a plethora of customers complaining to staff who had no bearing on the speed at which they could operate. The staff always maintained an apologetic and compassionate response to the irrate customers despite them having none of the actual blame. They apologized to me for the wait and when I told them I felt bad they were getting swamped due to Rite Aid closing, they did not blame anyone and accepted all of the criticism without snapping back at any customers.....even when I feel they had every right to. The staff are extremely patient with the type of individuals who typically use this pharmacy and many of the negative reviews are surely due to a sense of entitlement on the customers end. The staff do what they can as soon as and as efficiently as possible.

The wait times to pick up medication here are ridiculous. Sometimes it's over 25 minutes standing in line. I can understand getting busy, but this is all the time. This pharmacy needs more staff.

I called to get my prescriptions transferred and they told me they would take care of it, they took my information and the name of my previous pharmacy and number. But when I called back a few days later I was told I'm not even in the system and I had to take care of transferring my prescriptions myself which is not how it's done as I move frequently for work and every pharmacy I ever had transfer my prescriptions took take of the process themselves. This pharmacy has no idea what they are doing and they are poorly managed as they are unable to register patients properly and do prescription management.
