  Literally waited over an hour. Had the walk in's who checked in after me get called before me. And once I got called back they didn't have my order in the system. They had me call my doctor instead of them doing it because they said if they did it, it would be an inconvenience to them. Hate quest. Also

  If I could leave a negative star here, I would. Both female techs were so bitchy when I was just trying to get my bloodwork done. They also do not have a phone number to follow up with any of your results or questions, so good luck getting a hold of them. Even my doctor’s office said how unprofessional and slow they were. They have absolutely no empathy for what you are going through and why you’re even there. Do not waste your time with people who clearly shouldn’t even be in healthcare.

  I went on a Saturday and they got me in within 2 minutes of check in and nobody can ever get a vein on me but the wonderful lab tech did it so fast one stick. I was very pleased
