  My husband and I went to RMA Fertility Clinic for a second opinion, hoping for guidance and answers, and instead felt lectured and judged. From the moment we arrived, we were bombarded about our lifestyle choices in a way that felt condescending and dismissive. Dr. Gueye spoke to us like we were five years old, asking us things like what we thought would be the “most effective” way to lose weight, and having us answer, rather than having a professional conversation about our situation. It felt like a lecture more than an actual professional conversation with two highly-educated and professional individuals, mind you. On top of that, the doctor refused to provide us progesterone, something our labs proved we were lacking in to support a pregnancy, unless we gave her proof of a lifestyle change, which felt unnecessary and paternalistic, especially given that we have already had three pregnancies, all ending in loss. We came in hoping to get clarity and support and instead left feeling belittled. We left the clinic frustrated, upset, and unheard. The experience was dismissive, condescending, and completely lacking in empathy. Fertility care is supposed to provide guidance and hope, not make patients feel belittled and shamed during one of the hardest moments of their lives. We are deeply unhappy with the way we were treated and would not recommend this clinic. We will not be returning, and heed this review as a warning to any couple looking for compassionate and professional fertility care to go somewhere, literally anywhere else.

  This office is truly exceptional. The kindness from the team is truly unmatched. I’m so grateful to RMA for helping me bring our baby into the world.

  Very positive experience with RMA! My husband and I worked with them for about a year until we got pregnant. Each cycles learnings tailored the next. Beata, Brittany and Dr. Gueye were a pleasure to work with and supported us along the way. There super knowledgeable and knowledgeable we trusted them fully! Currently contact napping my rainbow baby as I write this!

  This lady is so rude she sounded Indian. I was told by my obgyn to call them and Schuyler my altra sound to find out the gender of my baby. Or for the blood work to get done for it the lady said they don't do that there and that I had to call my obgyn she then got snippy after I said my obgyn sent me here to Schedule my appointment. The lady then just said we don't do anything for pregant woman here with mad attitude.
