  I recently was a patient here and told my doctor that I was losing my insurance would not be able to make any appointments until it was renewed I then called in when it was renewed to schedule an appointment and they told me I had to speak to a manager I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing and then when I I called because I didn't hear anything they told me that I'm unable to make an appointment because of the missed appointments which was the reason i was supposed to be speaking to a manager in the first place even though I was never given the opportunity to begin with I was also hoping to inquire about my medical records because I'm obviously going elsewhere with my business and received no response about either very poor customer service glad I'm not a patient here anymore after that kind of treatment obviously it's not a big loss no worries just definitely will not ever be recommended

  Dr. sent my wife here as part of her pre-diabetic testing and treatment; we got the impression it's nutritional counseling and quickly came to feel it is not valuable. Then we started getting hit with the bills. Some were coded correctly for pre-diabetic and covered, but others for 'obesity' and not covered. The doctors never explained what code they are using and then the staff referred me to central billing to try to straighten it out (and central billing sent me back to them; they cannot change the code). I don't know what's going on here behind closed doors, but I've been very unpleasantly treated like a rat in a maze sent back and forth, or like a ping-pong ball trying to resolve the problem with a perfectly reasonable solution that this practice in unable or unwilling to provide.

  They don’t never answer the phone I been calling for 3 weeks now am still haven’t gotten an answer
