Whoever the girl was working in the morning was probably the most rude and uncaring anyone has ever been. She told me maybe I was giving more medication to my daughter than what was prescribed and maybe that’s why we ran out.kind of rude and unprofessional, as that was totally not the case nor will it ever be. Did not apologize for any confusion with the rx, or anything. Zero empathy for my daughter being out of a daily medication for 2 days. Approach is everything, and making sure customers are happy is everything too. I have no tolerance for people in healthcare who show no compassion. Never had any problem with any of the workers at this pharmacy as they all know me. But she ruined it, and rite aid was extremely pleasant and very understanding today!
