- JAJohanna AriasJun 23, 20251.0Club Pilates has been a disappointment. They double charged my account for three months by mistake and they are refusing to return my funds immediately. The over charge is $429. I have reached out asking them to fully refund me the $429 into my account as they made the mistake to over charge me. The only resolution they came up with is to waive my monthly fee until I am fully refunded, however I do not agree as I wish to cancel my membership. But they are now ignoring my messages. no response, just silent treatment. I have filed a complaint with the Best Business Bureau. They are not willing to take full responsibility for their actions.

I used to live in Nazareth and go to the Club Pilates there; but now I am in the Orefield area and there used to be no Club Pilates around! This location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. The front staff and all the instructors I have had so far have been so welcoming and great!
