Having "tested it out" in 101 Mobility's warehouse, we knew exactly what to expect. The next step was for a representative to come to our home to make sure the stairlift would fit comfortably, and to answer questions and address any concerns. Within a week, the product was installed and ready to go--a seamless process, to say the least. My wife and I have many friends whose circumstances are similar to our own. They love their home...don't want to move...but can no longer climb stairs without major difficulty. We feel totally comfortable recommending 101 Mobility to them for all of their mobility needs!
