PrEP2Me: Powered by Central Outreach

Created to help patients gain greater access to PrEP and accelerate the prevention of HIV, PrEP2Me is powered by Central Outreach Wellness Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Central Outreach is a federally funded organization through the PA Department of Health, and this grant funding allows us to utilize contracted pharmacy services that help fund our clinic. By using our funding this way, we create an environment where patients can receive the care they need without the obstacle of out-of-pocket costs. The Central Outreach mission applies just as well to PrEP2Me: We promote wellness in our community by fostering our patient's whole self, focusing on culturally competent care by striving to understand our clients. While PrEP2Me is available in the states of PA, Ohio, and West Virginia. Our focus on telePrEP appointments with a live physician is geared toward providing the same personalized level of care a patient can expect from our brick-and-mortar locations.
