Gateway was an amazing experience from medical staff Hannah, Melissa to recovering specialist JP (This man goes above and beyond for people, great guy) also Amy. All the way down to the techs, Chris,Jenn,Todd, and few others. They all treat you with respect and not just a number. Gained alot of knowledge and wisdom. Groups are great, Food was great. Only downfall I would have e to give is the kitchen staff acts like they pay for the food and are very rude, not all of them just some and I wont name them but it needs some fixing. Shout out to my counselor madeline!!! She is very good at what she does i freaking loved her!!! Also another good counselor was calan i would recommend him as well super smart and takes recovery very seriously, if your thinking of getting clean give this place a chance! Two days away from having 6 weeks clean, never thought I'd have this much clean time! I feel strong, I feel healthy, THANK YOU GATEWAY!! Much love - Roy G Biv ❤️

My loved one came here for an alcohol addiction. Their card that we put money on got stolen. They did the bare minimum to investigate. Tell your loved ones to watch their money and goodies. The cameras "don't work" when it comes to this. The roommate when arriving was very sick. So sick that she was slumped over into her food tray. They finally took her to the ER after WE called. The roommate ended up having pneumonia. So my loved one was exposed to that as well. I worried about them just as much as I did while they weee in active addiction. This place made me so nervous I thought they were going to quit. Luckily, my loved one came out strong. They didn't have to go through more hardships trying to get better. I know lots of people aren't there to do the work, but MOST are. don't treat them badly. Do better.

This facility has beds available but declined to admit my loved one into treatment, stating that he will need more help than they can provide. Any drug and alcohol treatment facility who.will turn away an addict or alcoholic seeking treatment- in need of detox, and willing, in a moment of clarity, to be admitted- is poorly managed.

Great experience, very caring people. Medical care was helpful especially concerning mental health. Staff were friendly, recreation was beneficial & patients were mostly a good group.
