I'm handicapped so it's particularly hard to for me to get into the store. Please hire someone to handle the Drive thru window.

The system said my prescription would be ready Friday after 4pm. Knowing from past experience it wouldn't be ready Friday after 4pm. So I went in on Saturday, at around 2pm, and they told me my prescription wouldn't be ready for another HOUR! I realize they'e probably short staffed, but enough is enough. Goodbye Fred Meyer pharmacy. I suggest you change your automated system to give REAL pick up times.
