  Dr. Jones is the best! She took the time to explain things to me all my options and what I was looking at. I really appreciated her willingness to take the time to make sure I understood everything.

  Very good, nice professional staff, conveniently located in Wilsonville, which is a big plus for me. They accept Blue Cross insurance, so that’s a plus.

  Saw Dr. Liara Jones with my 9 year old son and I greatly appreciated her ability and willingness to explain what she was doing, why, what the results meant, etc. The entire staff was wonderful, but I appreciated Dr. Jones' expertise and education!

  I saw Dr. Jones for a contact appointment. She is delightful and personable. She is clearly very knowledgeable about eye health and gave me a great solution for my aging eyes. The staff was equally wonderful and reminded me why I chose Eye Health Nw in Wilsonville.

  I don’t recommend going here if especially if you have ohp. I called my insurance to check and make sure I was able to get glasses and they told me I was approved for glasses. I told the woman who was supposed to be helping me while I picked glasses out that I was approved for glasses. She told me my insurance wasn’t going to cover it after I said I was approved and it didn’t really matter what I chose because it wasn’t going to be approved. I found glasses similar to the ones I already have but they were slightly too big and I asked if they had anything smaller because I have a smaller face. At that point I just wanted something that fit. She said that that’s all they had, and instead of helping me like she was supposed to and try and find something that fit she did not. I felt discriminated against over my insurance because she just kept saying it wasn’t going to get covered. I ended up picking the slightly bigger ones after asking if they could be adjusted to fit better, and she assured me that if I was approved that they could adjust them to fit. I felt like she just wanted me out of there when she wasn’t trying to show me anything smaller or something that would fit my face better. I just felt like I was inconveniencing her by trying to find glasses. I was uncomfortable and she wasn’t willing to help me. I went to go pick them up after waiting 4 weeks and they didn’t fit, and no matter what she tried to do to make them fit they don’t sit on my face well. She then said I should have gotten different type of frames because my face was small. Which I said when I was trying to find something that fit, I’ve picked out kids glasses before but she didn’t give those as an option when I asked for something smaller. If she would have been helpful like she was after I had the glasses that didn’t fit I wouldn’t be in this situation to begin with. But because she was so set in my insurance not covering them she didn’t want to help me at all. So to try to fix the fact that they didn’t fit she tried adjusting them so much that she ended up breaking the frames. Now I have to wait 4 more weeks to get new glasses that don’t fit. On top of that I will have to go buy different glasses now. It’s very upsetting because if she would have just helped me find glasses that actually fit in the first place instead of just saying it didn’t matter what I picked since they wouldn’t be covered anyway, I would have glasses that fit and weren’t broken. Now I’m going to be out money I can’t afford buying different glasses. If you have ohp I don’t think this office is a great option based on what I experienced, maybe try a different office or somewhere else that accepts ohp. This experience gave me anxiety and genuinely left me upset. I left the first time in disbelief on how I was disregarded and treated like that, and I left the second time equally as disappointed. I’ve never left a bad review somewhere but I would hate for someone else to have to feel this way and be out a pair of glasses that they can’t afford to replace. I also spoke with management, all they said they can do is just replace the broken frames and send me to a different office to get them fixed, while saying it was ‘out of character’ for her.
