I love the chimes and been ignoring employees with radical mentality whom had done the obvious to me openly. I hope the management engages with AI initiatives to make more profit in the near future.

This is while all other pharmacies are beyond struggling with disarray and I'm sure Fred Meyer is too with all the negative market changes. But she listened to me, she made me a human and you don't get that kind of customer service these days. I was dealing with an Oregon Health glitched system problem and she even called Csre Oregon to get the correct bin and group number instead of putting that back on me because she sensed I was having some difficulties. She's 1 in a million!
