Safeway pharmacy In West Linn Decides whether you get it on that day or several days later… Even when they have it in stock. They’re not aware of your medical issues or needs, but They override the doctors orders. They don’t even deserve a one star. Find another pharmacy that respects the doctors orders rather than this Safeway
- LLLukeJan 18, 20261.0Awful pharmacy. They don’t fill prescriptions in a timely manner. They don’t have enough staff at the computers to help customers. You will wait in lines for 15-45 or more minutes. It’s absolutely horrible.

I see a lot of negative reviews saying they are understaffed, which isn’t true. There’s usually at least 5 people working there. Yes, sometimes it’s hard to get them on the phone but try again and you will. They’re just busy! Can’t say enough good about these pharmacy staff members though :)

Which makes for less than helpful experiences with prescription refill, appointments, etc. Then, they have a phone number. Press 4 to talk. They rarely rarely answer. So I mentioned this to them. It’s our policy not to answer the phone. Extremely poor management. We are choosing to move to another pharmacy.

Didn’t send notification about a filled Rx (despite the fact that I’m signed up for notifications), put it back on the shelf after a week, now it has been “in process” for over a week. We are going to transfer our RXs elsewhere.
