    I found out that in 2022, Miracle Ear sold me a pair of hearing aids, that didn’t cover my high frequency hearing loss! I paid $7700 for them. Through the 3 years of wearing them, I repeatedly told Jerry that the hearing aids didn’t seem to help to no avail. I found this out, by going to another independent Miracle Ear who tested my hearing in Arizona. The Arizona Miracle Ear tech was very upset and said that I was duped. I don’t want anyone else to get scammed! She also stated that she sees this all the time! I have reached out to Miracle Ear in Warrenton, Ore., and they haven’t responded.

    Will not return phone calls as promised. Very unresponsive. After a month of no communication whatsoever, we moved on to a different place. So disappointed that we had to go to Longview to get decent service.

    I went to the Warrenton Miracle ear after trying some OTC hearing aids and finding them less than satisfactory. I was pleasantly surprised at the amicable atmosphere and Jerry and his partner's talents at putting me at ease almost immediately. When tested, I realized just how bad my hearing had gotten, and was subsequently astounded at how clearly the hearing aids I was fitted with let me hear. Given a choice, I would go back to these people again. They are friendly, professional, and helpful. They are available if you have questions, and they are not "pushy". You never feel pressured to buy, as is the practice elsewhere, at times. These people go the extra mile. Great cusdtomer service, with professional results!
