  Dr. Woods extracted a broken tooth for me yesterday. It was a virtually painless procedure. Imagine my surprise when he called me today (Saturday) to make sure I had no problems. He was very kind and his office staff seemed knowledgeable. Two concerns, however. First, the phone number posted by Google for the other oral surgeon in Warrenton actually connected me to Bridgeport, not Columbia Oral Surgery. I was confused when I arrived for my appointment as both offices are in the same building. Second, as mentioned in other comments, I was given one price before the procedure but a higher price when I checked out afterwards. I asked why, was told it was because of having xrays.

  After receiving a treatment plan for thousands of dollars and agreeing to the amount, and paying it in full, they called and asked for $250 more their services. I figured that after paying their treatment total in full, they could afford to absorb the $250 after spending thousands already. It felt like they were blackmailing me for the additional funds, saying they wouldn't finish the procedure without this additional payment. I suggest another facility for your future dental needs.
