  I was very impressed with the initial contact on with Regenerative Orthopedic Center (ROC), with a caring staff on the phone and when I saw them in person . DR. James Ballard was friendly and very attentive with the description of my injury, he took notes and described my injury on my MRI in a way that I understood, and offered a course of action that hopefully will take care of my injury. My overall experience with Dr. James Ballard and all the staff that I came to contact with were very positive. I recommend ROC to anyone looking for a First Rate organization. Sincerely, Mehdi K

  Exploratory visit to try deduce the possible need for left hip replacement. Efficient, concise, informative process involving reception, X-ray tech and culminating in a very relaxed yet detailed conversation with PA Abigail Bala. Couldn’t have asked for more. Now to mull over what I learned.

  Amy is very thorough, has an amazing “bedside manner” and explained everything so well it was easy for me to understand what it is going on. I had a few questions after she was done since she gave me such great information and she was so “there” and I didn’t feel rushed even though it seemed it was looking as if it may be a busy afternoon. Thank you again!

  My experiences at this ROC facility was nothing but kind, supportive and respectful. From after making my appointment to seeing me at check-in, everything was really nice. The young woman that took my vitals was just so professional-sorry I can’t recall her name-should be credited with helping make the process calmer. Not a fan of shots, but Angie-Wu is a wonderfully talented PA that made me feel safe and in great hands. While Angie-Wu was incredible, her support staff should also be credited for their part in the process. I would definitely recommend her!
