  I purchased a pair of prescription glasses and regular sunglasses from Lenscrafters recently. Store Manager Kelley Thompson, provided exceptional customer service by going above and beyond in her normal duties as a sales person to ensure I received the appropriate frames needed to meet the requirements necessary to accommodate my lenses. I was impressed with her knowledge and the fact that she worked with me until we could resolve the issue of finding the appropriate sized frames. I was never rushed, she took the necessary time needed to do the job correctly and professionally. Kelley's actions deserve to be recognized. In addition, when I returned to the store to pick-up my glasses, Lab Technician Terrance Peterson, greeted me immediately, and provided excellent customer service fitting me with my new glasses and providing needed documentation for paperwork in needed to be filled out. It was a pleasant first time experience at this store and will return as needed for future business.

  A large selection of glasses to choose from. There are designer brands, glasses for kids, and a value section for those who don't want to spend a lot. Staff is very helpful. This location also has Ogata EyeCare inside, where I had a great eye exam. Dr. Ogata and his team are very experienced and friendly.

  My husband and I went to the LensCrafters in Washington square to explore our options for our five-year-old daughter. She was very nervous and not too excited about wearing glasses. When she saw the options that they had for children, her eyes lit up. She started to get excited to try some on. The Young lady who helped us, Cassandra, was incredibly nice, patient and amazing with kids. The cherry on top was that Cassandra is Bilingual, my daughter speaks more Spanish so this was super helpful to make the experience go smoothly. She was dressed very professional and put together . She was very informative, answering ALL of our questions. My 1.5 year old was screaming and trying to break free from his stroller and my arms the entire time but she did not seem phased or bothered. She actually calmed him down a few times. This was a perfect experience for us as busy overwhelmed parents and my daughter who was very nervous to get glasses.   Excellence service from Haley at the Washington Square LensCrafter’s. Haley took the time to review options to get the price to where I was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with the service.

  Kelly, was very kind and helpful as she replaced the nose pads in my glasses. My family has used this LensCrafters store for years, and all the people are, like Kelly, extremely professional, thoughtful, and kind.
