If it would let me give 0 stars I would. The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist hands down. I needed an implant removed and was referred by the Sherwood office. Unfortunately, I suffer from anxiety with Dental care which the surgeon and I discussed prior to the extraction. During the procedure I came to a point where I was crying, sobbing actually, and waving my arms for him to stop. He just yelled at me asking if it was pain I was concerned about all the while continuing with the procedure. I shook my head no - I just needed a break to calm myself down and reposition myself since I had slid down in the chair. He continued through the procedure apparently without concern for my health and safety. I heard him apologize to the patient in the room next to me for my behavior. I left crying and broken. For 3 days I was barely able to move my head due to neck pain. It was an awful traumatizing experience.

Had the unfortunate need to have a tooth extracted, I was referred by my dentist from the Sherwood office.
The oral surgeon was absolutely wonderful! He explained all my options and did a fantastic job with the entire procedure. His assistant was also great and the staff in the office made the experience very pleasant. Very was very much appreciate the service I received.
