- DCDorothy Coombs3 days ago3.0My appointment was at 10:00. I was called back for it at 10:30 with no explanation about why there was a delay. At one point Dr Armour asked if I had any questions and when I started saying my question she turned away and started talking to her scribe. I was not impressed. She came highly recommended, but I'm not impressed.
- DWDebbie WatsonApr 5, 20265.0Scheduled the same day which was most appreciated.,Saw Dr. Ding for a contact lens folded up and lost in my eye. Dr. Ding was great, numbed my eye, took his time and found the elusive lens. He checked for any sign of infection and gave me a clean bill of health.
- PGPatricia GabrielsonApr 3, 20264.0The initial hallway exam was near disaster. The office chair wheels do not move. Well on the carpet. The chair seat is tilted down. I nearly fell out of chair attempting to scoot to the exam equipment. Not a safe set up for us older folks with mobility problems.
