Christmas Eve, our dog accidentally broke my glasses. I called Lens Crafters and they said they could help out. I ran in and within 15 minutes they had me repaired and out the door on Christmas Eve of all days! Can’t recommend their customer service enough.

I came in with two pairs of glasses needing repair that were apparently both fairly rare. I came in to inquire at this LensCrafters, and not only did they fix both pairs, but they were incredibly nice and patient. Customer service was superb! So glad I stopped in, and when I buy another pair of glasses, I’ll definitely come back!

I had an amazing experience today at LensCrafters at Washington Square Mall in Tigard, Oregon. Chase was incredibly patient and took the time to really listen to my concerns. He helped me smoothly return my old glasses and guided me in choosing the perfect new pair with thoughtful recommendations. His customer service truly stood out. I would also like to thank Kelly Thompson for enabling a seamless and hassle-free return process. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and pleasant. Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
