Adrienne was absolutely fantastic. She’s so talented, she can just look at glasses and see immediately the smallest detail and know how to correct it. It was like magic. I had 5 pairs of glasses and she fixed every one of them!

I wandered in to the Bridgeport Village location today in need of assistance after not purchasing regular glasses for about 3 years and about 15 years for prescription sunglasses. With a new prescription I recently received from a LensCrafters doctor in a different location, I was looking for lenses for two frames I already had in my possession. Tealy was exceptionally helpful in guiding me through the process and coming up with the best solution for me for what I wanted. No need to purchase any other frames. She worked with what I have which made me quite happy. I very much appreciate her help and how welcoming and friendly she is. I highly recommend going here.

Thane was amazing. My daughter had broken an ear piece off her glasses and we took them in for some new screws and Thane had us in and out in a matter of minutes! Thanks again.

My experience was exceptional because Adriene went above & beyond to help me out. I needed a part replaced on my glasses but I had not purchased them at Lens Crafters. “No problem” she said. Adriene took charge & fixed the glasses with a smile on her face plus the service was provided at no charge! I label this experience refreshing!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
