    The pharmacy is overworked most of the time. I do not have a cell phone or app so calling in a prescription is totally cumbersome. I used be able to enter the prescription number for refill but no more. FM requires a patient have a computer and an account. The web site will not allow me to make an account because my wife made an account first, even though both of use are registered with a FM card.

    Don't bother. This pharmacy is so slow it's unusable right now. Refilling online or over the phone doesn't do anything: they won't start to fill it until you come into the store. Even then, you can expect to wait 45 minutes in line, just to be told it's another 2 hour wait.

    They're experiencing the same staffing problems all pharmacies are experiencing these days. I'm impressed by how well they navigate so many problems and still provide good service.

    Fred Meyer is my regular pharmacy of choice. However, more recently, my opinion of the staff in The Dalles department has gained more respect. An employee, Abbi, has been the person I've dealt with most lately, and she is absolutely fantastic. Very polite and personal, has a wonderful personality. Tonight, I also talked to Melissa, another employee in the department. She was completely polite, and answered my several questions with grace and simplicity.
