  Phlebotomists are good. Wait time was reasonable but they lost my husbands test results and there is no way to contact a human to follow up on the problem. Their system is broken.

  Gabrielle was FANTASTIC! I would love to deal with her again. She was quick,efficient, kind, and I barely felt the poke! She deserves an award! :)

  The lab is extremely busy. Highly recommended using the quest app to make an. appointment , it's user friendly. Phlebotomist are friendly, do a great job keeping on schedule. RiverBend Lab.

  Their number and website both have AI that doesnt understand basic english. I keep getting hungyp on ehen trying to say the time. There is NO option for a human connection which was needed to due to a question about the test because the site makes yous elect which twsts you need and as the patient, i am unsure since it was sent over for complicated health issues. Unable to make appointments due to this. Please make an option to be able to call and speak to a person!
