  My veins hide when needles are near. The lady had no issues finding a good vein. When she stuck the needle in, it was the least painful needle sticking I've ever experienced. She was kind, helpful, informative, and when I asked her if she enjoys her job she answered genuinely "yes, I definitely do" which tells me that's a good place to work for. My son drank all my water so she got me a water bottle and didn't rush me to give a urine sample. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you.

  Wonderful experience at this Quest! Lennie was so kind, and it didn't bother her that I wanted to lay down for the blood draw. We had a great talk during the process. All the staff seemed warm and friendly, which always helps me relax.

  I was nervous about going after reading the poor reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. I had an appointment and checked in on the kiosk machine which was easy. It gives you the option to stay in the waiting room, or in your car and receive a message when they are ready for you. I chose to wait in the car since I had my 8 year old with me. I was expecting and dreading to wait an hour after hearing some people talk in the waiting room and also reading the reviews, but I received a message to return to the waiting room shortly after I had checked in. The phlebotomist was friendly and helpful and also cared to ask how I was doing while drawing my blood. Overall great experience!

  Lab was clean, inviting, staff were great, labs drawn were a lot considering my PCP needed labs for quite a bit following a surgical procedure. Lab tech was kind, thorough, gentle and I barely felt the poke for the 8 viles of blood drawn. It was actually a quick and painless visit.
