I see all the bad reviews.. but honestly I've never had a bad experience here.. I've even been able to pick up meds for my dog Nanook. Even the "smoker lady" they talk about has always been nice and pleasant to me and I find she's very knowledgeable and I want to give her credit for dealing w hard customers on a daily basis. We are moving soon but I wanted to leave my review and hopefully bring some smiles today to all of you. Thankyou for always taking care of me and my huskies :)

Absolutely disgusting disrespectful service. I was reading down the other reviews and I see that there is multiple reviews of the same incident that happened to me. A older smoker sounding lady answering the phone, being super disrespectful. I called to get my three year-old daughter’s medication‘s transferred from Doernbecher Children’s Hospital pharmacy and was shown nothing but attitude from this lady and a supposed manager as well because they did not want to call the other pharmacy as I was told they had to do. I then had to have my mother pick up a medication for my daughter because I had to work and when she called them she was rudely yelled at and then hung up on for asking them a question. I will absolutely be speaking with whoever is in charge of these people because these people should not be serving anyone medications. It’s really sad.

Very rude staff, unfriendly, long wait times, unwilling to help their customers, would rather go to literally any other pharmacy

Disgusting trash that works in the pharmacy one of them sounds like a crackhead smoker and the other one pretends to be soft-spoken but she’s just as bad as the first troll Disrespectful their customer service skills are atrocious, and Alberson should be embarrassed to have such trash serving medication to people. I called to see if they had my prescription available, and I got nothing but disrespect, snarky attitude, and was told To find another pharmacy and as I was trying to ask her some questions, she rushed herself off the phone and raised her voice up on me! That’s why they have 3 stars ✨ 😂
