It should be noted that the only people complaining are rather rude in text, and I can imagine are just as pleasant to deal with in person. Surely that has something to do with their poor experience.

Even the "smoker lady" they talk about has always been nice and pleasant to me and I find she's very knowledgeable and I want to give her credit for dealing w hard customers on a daily basis. We are moving soon but I wanted to leave my review and hopefully bring some smiles today to all of you. Thankyou for always taking care of me and my huskies :)

A older smoker sounding lady answering the phone, being super disrespectful. I called to get my three year-old daughter’s medication‘s transferred from Doernbecher Children’s Hospital pharmacy and was shown nothing but attitude from this lady and a supposed manager as well because they did not want to call the other pharmacy as I was told they had to do. I then had to have my mother pick up a medication for my daughter because I had to work and when she called them she was rudely yelled at and then hung up on for asking them a question. I will absolutely be speaking with whoever is in charge of these people because these people should not be serving anyone medications. It’s really sad.
